Refund Request

FOR REFUND ELIGIBILITY, ITEMS MUST MEET THE GUIDELINES BELOW.

  1. A return request must be submitted within 24 hours of the time the item was picked up.
  2. The item must be returned in the original condition.
  3. Refunds will not be granted for items purchased by accident.
  4. Please take into consideration: Most items are purchased at less than 50 percent of the original retail price. If small items such as bolts or brackets are missing, a refund may not be granted. These items can be easily purchased at a hardware store.
  5. Please utilize inspection days and check your items prior to leaving our facility as a refund is not guaranteed.
  6. Approved refunds will be for no more than 75 percent of the total sale. A 25 percent fee will be kept for buyer’s premium and restocking.
